Every x402 endpoint that takes payment on X Layer (OKX's chain, eip155:196), checked once a day by x402 Doctor the way a paying agent would. Read-only: it stops at the 402 challenge and never pays. x402 Doctor's own paid checks take USD₮0 on X Layer too, settled by PayAI.
The same list, stored on X Layer itself: 1-2-396.tapekit.org (TapeOut DeWEB, name 1.2.396.tape). Before an agent signs an X Layer or TapeOut transaction, presign-guard decodes and simulates it.

A seller often lists the same API many times (once per coin, city or ticker). Endpoints of one seller with nearly the same description count as one service here; the kind of service is judged by TypeSafe Jev (a keyword guess until Jev has seen it).
Real x402 payments on X Layer in the last 7 complete days, to the payout addresses of every endpoint above that takes USD₮0 or USDC: transfers the payer signed with EIP-3009 (transferWithAuthorization) and a facilitator sent, the way x402 settles. A plain transfer doesn't count. "Fleet wallets" paid ten or more sellers in the same days, as checkers and agent fleets do: payments, not proof of a buyer.

As an x402 EVM client (@x402/evm, "exact" with an EIP-3009 transfer) checks it before it signs:
0x779ded0c9e1022225f8e0630b35a9b54be713736); some ask for USDC (0x74b7f16337b8972027f6196a17a631ac6de26d22). Both have 6 decimals and EIP-3009, so 10000 is $0.01.extra.name and extra.version must be the token's own domain, or the signature doesn't verify: "USD₮0" / "1" for USD₮0 and "USD Coin" / "2" for USDC.Check one endpoint yourself, for free, with every finding and a fix: x402 Doctor. Agents get the same verdict before paying from the pre-payment check ($0.001).
